Tais atos s\u00e3o conhecidos como \u201cautos de resist\u00eancia\u201d, isto \u00e9, quando o policial alega que a morte decorreu da resist\u00eancia \u00e0 pris\u00e3o e consequente leg\u00edtima defesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O filme traz a trajet\u00f3ria de pessoas que tiveram que lidar com a morte de seus familiares. Isto porque document\u00e1rios s\u00e3o, via de regra, parciais, pois os criadores buscam transmitir determinada mensagem atrav\u00e9s da obra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Considerado o melhor filme brasileiro no Festival Internacional de Document\u00e1rios \u00c9 Tudo Verdade, entende-se que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 bastante relevante no cen\u00e1rio atual, uma vez que, no dia 04\/01\/2016, passou a vigorar medida que visava promover a uniformiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos internos policiais. Agora, em casos de mortes decorrentes de a\u00e7\u00f5es policiais, \u00e9 instaurado inqu\u00e9rito policial com tramita\u00e7\u00e3o priorit\u00e1ria. Entretanto, por mais que o termo \u201cauto de resist\u00eancia\u201d n\u00e3o seja mais utilizado formalmente, essa mudan\u00e7a em nada alterou o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">status quo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, uma vez que, segundo o pr\u00f3prio document\u00e1rio, 98% desses inqu\u00e9ritos s\u00e3o arquivados sem conclus\u00e3o da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desse modo, fica claro que qualquer altera\u00e7\u00e3o no tr\u00e2mite investigativo visa apenas dar apar\u00eancia de melhoria ao problema. Nesse sentido, os casos trazidos pelo document\u00e1rio demonstram que a situa\u00e7\u00e3o em quest\u00e3o est\u00e1 longe de ser uma exce\u00e7\u00e3o. Isto \u00e9, uma vez que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 responsabilidade \u00e9tica de certos \u00f3rg\u00e3os, \u00e9 como se fosse dada carta branca ao Estado para decidir a quem executar. A localidade dos casos &#8211; \u00e1reas mais carentes &#8211; e as v\u00edtimas &#8211; majoritariamente jovens negros &#8211; exemplifica bem a quest\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A obra traz \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o uma vis\u00e3o mais real sobre um problema que, para muitos, pode parecer distante. O drama dos familiares de pessoas v\u00edtimas de condutas ilegais da for\u00e7a policial &#8211; pois \u00e0 pol\u00edcia n\u00e3o \u00e9 autorizado matar, salvo quando age sob o manto da leg\u00edtima defesa &#8211; sofrem com a falta de respostas e aux\u00edlio estatal.
