Ap\u00f3s alugarem uma casa aparentemente perfeita para a ocasi\u00e3o, o quarteto n\u00e3o demora a perceber que o local n\u00e3o \u00e9 exatamente o que parece e, paralelamente a isso, segredos v\u00e3o sendo revelados, o que s\u00f3 aumenta a tens\u00e3o. Infelizmente, a primeira investida de Franco atr\u00e1s das c\u00e2meras possui \u2013 com larga vantagem \u2013 mais defeitos do que qualidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comecemos pelo come\u00e7o; quando a proje\u00e7\u00e3o completa um minuto (!) j\u00e1 foram empregadas tr\u00eas conven\u00e7\u00f5es batidas do g\u00eanero: a trilha grave, o penhasco e a casa isolada, indicando que testemunharemos uma hist\u00f3ria pouco original. E, de fato, o roteiro escrito a seis m\u00e3os por Franco, Joe Swanberg e Mike Demski se desenvolve com pouca inspira\u00e7\u00e3o, culminando em um inevit\u00e1vel anticl\u00edmax. E embora os protagonistas se esforcem e apresentem performances dignas, pouco podem fazer com um material t\u00e3o fraco e raso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funcionam melhor a m\u00fasica de Danny Bensi e Saunder Jurriaans (que fizeram algo semelhante em <em>O Homem Duplicado<\/em>) e a fotografia de Christian Sprenger (sempre competente em <em>Atlanta<\/em>), que salientam a atmosfera amea\u00e7adora do cen\u00e1rio. Mas a narrativa enfadonha e previs\u00edvel acaba por sabotar tais empenhos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como se n\u00e3o bastasse, o filme ainda investe em subtextos e dramas paralelos que em nada acrescentam \u00e0 trama, servindo apenas como um recurso para encher lingui\u00e7a e mascarar a fragilidade de seu enredo, que soa longo demais mesmo com menos de noventa minutos de dura\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No final das contas, <em>Vigiados<\/em> apresenta personagens que nunca se desenvolvem o suficiente a ponto de tornarem-se interessantes, assim como seu vil\u00e3o \u2013 e suas motiva\u00e7\u00f5es \u2013 \u00e9 inserido de maneira t\u00e3o p\u00e1lida que sequer nos empolgamos para torcer contra. Fica a torcida para que as pr\u00f3ximas empreitadas de Dave Franco como diretor sejam mais inspiradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P.S.: J\u00e1 \u00e9 um assunto gasto falar das p\u00e9ssimas escolhas dos t\u00edtulos em portugu\u00eas dos filmes, mas nesse caso a bola fora \u00e9 ainda mais grave, considerando que chega a ser um <em>spoiler<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O
