Uma vez que \u00e9 uma sequ\u00eancia com diferentes diretores n\u00e3o h\u00e1 como n\u00e3o tecer um paralelo entre as duas obras e na compara\u00e7\u00e3o, esta pel\u00edcula leva vantagem. O drama familiar de plano de fundo n\u00e3o convence, mas \u00e9 mais interessante que o de 2014, os personagens t\u00eam mais carisma e os combates s\u00e3o melhores, maiores e mais n\u00edtidos, al\u00e9m de n\u00e3o sofrerem os cortes bruscos do anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"790\" height=\"345\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cinematologia.com.br\/cine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/0072247.jpg-r_1280_720-f_jpg-q_x-xxyxx.jpg?resize=790%2C345&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18964\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cinematologia.com.br\/cine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/0072247.jpg-r_1280_720-f_jpg-q_x-xxyxx.jpg?w=1280&amp;ssl=1 1280w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cinematologia.com.br\/cine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/0072247.jpg-r_1280_720-f_jpg-q_x-xxyxx.jpg?resize=768%2C335&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 790px) 100vw, 790px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Embora a hist\u00f3ria parta da premissa de que o <em>Godzilla<\/em> foi o her\u00f3i no desastre de 2014, o Governo quer se apoderar dos conhecimentos da <em>Monarch, <\/em>empresa respons\u00e1vel por monitorar os<em> kaijus<\/em>, para, possivelmente, extermin\u00e1-los, tendo em vista que n\u00e3o deixam de ser uma amea\u00e7a ao planeta. H\u00e1 quem concorde que o melhor seria mat\u00e1-los, mas o Dr. Serizawa (Ken Watanabe) e a Dra. Emma Russel (Vera Farmiga), cientistas que comp\u00f5em a <em>Monarch<\/em>, acreditam que eles s\u00e3o benevolentes e t\u00eam outros planos para essas criaturas. A motiva\u00e7\u00e3o dos personagens para agir conforme seus pr\u00f3prios m\u00e9todos e suas consci\u00eancias s\u00e3o as ferramentas para a trama no n\u00facleo humano. Isso funcionaria bem para desenvolver o enredo, n\u00e3o fosse a inseguran\u00e7a de uma das personagens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"790\" height=\"347\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cinematologia.com.br\/cine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/0947144-1.jpg-r_1280_720-f_jpg-q_x-xxyxx-1.jpg?resize=790%2C347&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18963\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cinematologia.com.br\/cine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/0947144-1.jpg-r_1280_720-f_jpg-q_x-xxyxx-1.jpg?w=1280&amp;ssl=1 1280w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cinematologia.com.br\/cine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/0947144-1.jpg-r_1280_720-f_jpg-q_x-xxyxx-1.jpg?resize=768%2C337&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 790px) 100vw, 790px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Com uma seriedade quase em todo instante, capenga quando tenta dar uma pitada de humor em parcos momentos. \u00c9 a a\u00e7\u00e3o que prevalece. Os embates entre os monstros (ou seriam deuses?) merecem destaque: empolgantes e vibrantes (como era de se esperar em um filme com monstros gigantes)! Enquanto na obra de 2014 existiam apenas tr\u00eas <em>kaijus<\/em>, este \u00e9 permeado pelas criaturas, sendo um <em>show<\/em> \u00e0 parte os efeitos visuais dos combates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O antagonista <em>Ghidorah <\/em>(tamb\u00e9m chamado de Monstro Zero<em> \u2013 <\/em>lembra o <em>Tiamat<\/em> do desenho animado \u201c<em>Caverna do Drag\u00e3o\u201d<\/em>) aparece em um plano ao fundo de uma cruz, sugerindo uma divindade: a grandiosidade, impon\u00eancia e magnitude leva a crer que n\u00e3o se tratam de monstros e sim de deuses, que j\u00e1 povoavam a Terra antes dos humanos e que s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios ao equil\u00edbrio natural do planeta. <em>Godzilla<\/em> n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas importante, mas essencial para prote\u00e7\u00e3o do ecossistema terrestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"790\" height=\"329\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cinematologia.com.br\/cine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/the_devil_has_three_heads_by_japanesegodzilla1954_dd384x2-fullview.jpg?resize=790%2C329&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18958\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cinematologia.com.br\/cine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/the_devil_has_three_heads_by_japanesegodzilla1954_dd384x2-fullview.jpg?w=1024&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cinematologia.com.br\/cine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/the_devil_has_three_heads_by_japanesegodzilla1954_dd384x2-fullview.jpg?resize=768%2C320&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 790px) 100vw, 790px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>O longa n\u00e3o aproveita muitos personagens de 2014, trazendo apenas o Dr. Serizawa (respons\u00e1vel pelo momento mais significativo da trama), Dra. Vivienne Graham (Sally Hawkins) e, obviamente, o protagonista anti-her\u00f3i de ambos os filmes: <em>Godzilla<\/em>. A quantidade de humanos e <em>kaijus<\/em> pode ter dificultado a narrativa do antecedente (de 2014), mas n\u00e3o foi um problema neste, foi tudo bem distribu\u00eddo e a trama sopesada de forma equilibrada entre os humanos e os seres \u201cdivinos\u201d. A cada despertar de um Tit\u00e3 criava-se tens\u00e3o e curiosidade sobre suas caracter\u00edsticas. A apari\u00e7\u00e3o da <em>Mothra<\/em>, por exemplo, \u00e9 muito bela, em uma imagem on\u00edrica, que beirou a magia e at\u00e9 o som que ela emite \u00e9 surpreendente. Os efeitos especiais e a mixagem de som acertaram no ponto!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"790\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cinematologia.com.br\/cine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Godzilla-2-trailer.jpg?resize=790%2C395&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18960\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cinematologia.com.br\/cine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Godzilla-2-trailer.jpg?w=896&amp;ssl=1 896w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cinematologia.com.br\/cine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Godzilla-2-trailer.jpg?resize=768%2C384&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 790px) 100vw, 790px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Com alguns furos de roteiro, nenhuma atua\u00e7\u00e3o marcante, uma cena t\u00edpica da bandeira dos Estados Unidos e uma personagem inconstante diante de uma decis\u00e3o de impacto mundial, n\u00e3o deixa de ser uma \u00f3tima hist\u00f3ria de aventura e a\u00e7\u00e3o, muita a\u00e7\u00e3o, com monstros imensos na tela! Afinal, \u00e9 o que se espera de <em>Godzilla II: <strong>Rei dos Monstros<\/strong><\/em>, um tipo de experi\u00eancia para ter na tela grande, vale a ida ao cinema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"790\" height=\"444\"
