Quem encarna o papel do protagonista dessa vez \u00e9 David Harbour \u2014 o Hopper de Stranger Things.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ess\u00eancia da hist\u00f3ria \u00e9 a mesma dos filmes de Del Toro \u2014 baseada nos quadrinhos de Mike Mignola. Invocado das profundezas do inferno por nazistas para derrotar os Aliados na Segunda Guerra Mundial, Hellboy \u00e9 salvo pelos americanos e adotado pelo professor Broom (Ian McShane), que o educa como um filho. &nbsp;Ao mesmo tempo, ele tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 treinado como uma arma para lutar contra outras criaturas sa\u00eddas do inferno. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora, al\u00e9m de seres m\u00edticos sa\u00eddos do inferno, novos personagens se juntam a Hellboy na ca\u00e7ada \u00e0 Nimue,\u201cThe Bloody Queen\u201d (Milla Jovovich). A vil\u00e3 \u00e9 uma poderosa bruxa que, 1500 anos ap\u00f3s ser derrotada pela Excalibur, volta a se tornar uma amea\u00e7a aos mortais. Sim! Aquela Excalibur, a espada da lenda arturiana. A hist\u00f3ria do Rei Arthur se entrela\u00e7a com a de Hellboy, fadas, videntes e ogros gigantes. A jovem Alice (Sasha Lane) e o agente secreto Major Ben Daimio (Daniel Dae Kim), s\u00e3o seus parceiros de miss\u00e3o. N\u00e3o deixa de ser divertido e, por ser uma experi\u00eancia quase que totalmente visual, vale mais a pena assistir no cinema. Os efeitos sonoros das criaturas pegajosas e das v\u00edsceras se partindo s\u00e3o estridentes. S\u00f3 que, o que poderia ser um deleite visual acaba se tornando viol\u00eancia gratuita e corpos dilacerados para todo lado.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neil Marshall exagera na medida, mesmo sendo um filme cujo protagonista \u00e9 o pr\u00f3prio dem\u00f4nio. Por mais que se espere uma certa dose de humor-negro, as cenas acabam se tornando repetitivas. A trilha sonora embala o ritmo, at\u00e9 que os recursos visuais e sonoros se esgotam dentro de um roteiro acelerado demais.
